The City of Charles Sturt enables customers to create a user account to raise or report for service and/or to be eligible to access rates information, receive rates notices, and receive other communications from us electronically.
Users of the City of Charles Sturt customer portal website (the customer portal) must adhere to and comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the customer portal, you agree to these Terms.

Language Translation
The language translation tool located in the customer portal uses Google Translate. Users are urged to be aware that the use of the translation service may cause unexpected changes to the appearance of translated pages.

The information and services included in and/or available through the customer portal may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Advice received in the customer portal should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal, or financial decisions or professional advice.
